We build web apps quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Our team is fully remote, and we pride ourselves on our open and informal culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scoping and Planning: Collaborate with clients and our development team to scope out new rounds of work. Create user stories and T-shirt size estimations alongside our Bubble developers.
• Product Specifications: Develop product specs for MVPs or specific project phases, and create flow charts or user journey diagrams.
• Low Fidelity Wireframing: Create low-fi wireframes using Miro/Figma or any other tool.
• Communication: Client check-ins and internal meetings with the dev team making sure everyone is in sync. Provide video updates for clients and developers, ensure client approval on key milestones, and clearly relay client requirements to developers.
• Project Management: Own and manage ClickUp to track progress, handle internal developer check-ins, and manage scope creep.
• Client Steering: Guide clients in clarifying their vision and ensure the product aligns with their goals, even when they’re unsure of what they want. Need to be their CTO & trusted partner.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks to ensure that what the developers built matches the product specs and client expectations.

About you

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: You’ve got a background in product management, especially with MVPs of varying style and complexity. You understand the unique challenges of building something from scratch.
• UX Understanding: You know how to translate client requirements into functional, user-friendly web apps.
• Project Management Skills: You’re adept at managing tasks, timelines, and teams using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
• Communication: You excel at keeping everyone on the same page, whether through emails, Loom videos, or Slack messages.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the small things that make a big difference in a product’s success.
• Availability: Significant overlap with GST timezone
