• We are completely bootstrapped, profitable and have over 1,700 paying customers

About the role

We’re hiring a part-time Customer Support Agent

What we’re looking for:

• Clear, concise and direct communicator
• Experience in customer support for SaaS or prosumer product
• Interest or awareness of creator educators (that’s course, newsletter, info-product creators, like our customers above)
• Someone who can manage up - no surprises for the founders - always ahead of us
• Someone who loves to problem solve and can do so both efficiently and creatively

About you

You're awesome if:

• You like working for a smaller but quickly growing business
  • We are rough around the edges but you can grow with us and help us level-up
• You already use Senja to collect testimonials for your own business
  • If not, you’ve tried us out and understand what we’re about
• You can manage me - constantly updating us on goals, insights and ways to refine the role
  • If you do this effectively, you will have lots of autonomy
• You’re able to turn support issues into customer success
• You communicate plainly and clearly
