1 - We'll find you someone you're 'thrilled to hire', or we'll refund you in full.

2 - Three month 'make sure they're awesome' guarantee. If anything isn't 100% right in the first three months then we'll replace your new hire for free (it's rare but it can happen so we like to cover you just in case).

3 - 1-year 'just in case' guarantee! If your new hire leaves for any reason in their first year, then we'll replace them for free.
