About the company

Do you want to be part of a fast-moving affiliate marketing company? We're seeking an experienced TikTok Creative Editor who knows how to create engaging content that converts.

About the role

We're looking for a talented content editor with proven experience in TikTok advertising to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and optimizing TikTok content for paid campaigns. We will train you on making ads that both catch user's attention and convert in the rewards offers sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, source, and collect UGC content for use in ad creatives
  • Create engaging ad hooks and unique marketing angles
  • Maintain awareness of current TikTok trends and trending audios
  • Analyze creatives performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various ad formats to improve performance.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Daily review of previous ad creatives' performance
  • Monitoring TikTok's trends to uncover new marketing angles
  • Finding source material to use for new ad creatives
  • Brainstorming new marketing angles and ad formats for our offers
  • Creating daily ad creatives for media buying team to test

About you

The right candidate must have previous experience with TikTok content in some capacity- ideally, in the scope of paid advertising. Fluent English skills are a must as well, as we operate in the Big 4 English-Speaking markets. 

The right candidate is a creative, outside-the-box thinker who enjoys finding unorthodox ways to make things perform. 80% of the role is creative, and 20% is interpreting performance data to advise your strategies going forward. Only basic CapCut editing skills are required.

Please do not apply if you lack experience with TikTok content or are not fluent in English.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in TikTok content, preferably in Paid Ad Creatives
  • Creative, Out-Of-The-Box thinker with basic analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content, and formats

Bonus points if you have experience in performance/affiliate marketing, or paid social media marketing strategies.
