About Us
Blexr is a performance marketing agency with more than 100 people spread across our offices in Spain and Malta, as well as our remote teams. We build product comparison websites in a number of different niches and are looking for an SEO specialist to join our remote team.
About The Role
This is a full time, salaried position and is fully remote. Working hours are flexible, though we like for team members to be available during EU working times - for a few hours per week - in case any coordination is needed with our management team.
You will be working within a close knit team of content and SEO specialists, and will have the opportunity to work on a number of different projects and websites.
Some of the things you will be responsible for include:
- Keyword research and content briefs
- Onpage SEO audits and light editing
- Technical SEO fixes and updates
- Offpage SEO, outreach and link building campaigns
- Creation, updating and maintenance of SEO SOPs
- Proactively finding, reporting on and fixing any SEO issues
- Rank tracking
- Competitive research

- No meetings - we've all sat in boring and pointless meetings and operate just as well without them. While there might be a rare occasion where we need a quick call, we have as close to 0 meetings per year as is possible.
Role Requirements
While we provide a lot of support and can provide training, we do have some requirements for this role:
- Fluent English
- At least 1 year working in a role involving SEO
- Experience with both onpage and offpage SEO
- Familiarity with the tools listed above
- Demonstrable experience in growing website traffic on a previous project
- Independent and self-motivated - we don't micromanage, so team members must be self-starters and able to work autonomously
