We have an SEO agency called Rotate Digital and we help moving companies get more clients online by ranking them on Google for profitable keywords. We are different than most SEO agencies. While other SEO agencies provide services to all businesses in all industries, we focus specifically on moving companies. This gives us a competitive edge and our clients love it.

About the Job:  
We’re looking for a rockstar SEO Specialist to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As our SEO Specialist, you’ll work with our experienced SEO team and report to our SEO Manager. You’ll learn to work through the strategic process that we have built out. You’ll be in charge of executing SEO taskwork for our clients, analyzing the progress, mitigating when results don’t work well, and providing your expertise to help the company grow!

By doing this you will be expected to help deliver an amazing amount of value to all our clients and help in communication with them as well.

Some of the things you will be responsible for:

• Performing monthly SEO taskwork (onpage, offpage, technical, & local)
• Light website editing
• Following an SEO process, including light editing websites, following videos
• Finding issues, troubleshooting, and/or reporting them
• Communicating with clients via texting and email, occasionally phone calls
• Deliver consistent positive client results
• Client communication via text, email, & phone
• Executing ad hoc tasks for clients & the business
• Managing your SEO clients like it’s your own business on the line
• Attend weekly team and SEO meetings

Requirements:  
As the title says, we’re looking for a “Rockstar SEO Specialist” and this doesn’t mean anybody…  You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

• Proficient in the Google Suite (GSC, GA, GMB), Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
• Have experience doing SEO before, Local GMB ranking a plus
• Honest & transparent
• Have the ability to work alone 95% of the time
• Desire to work hard every day, go above and beyond, and overdeliver for our clients
• Willingness to stay up late sometimes to get work done
• Consistent- you need to be able to thrive in learning and adapting as our process is not perfect
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and code, you don’t have to be a developer
• You must love and have a huge passion for SEO. If not you’ll burn out of this role quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must work 80% of the day on EST time zone.

Additional experience, knowledge or Skills (not required)

• Experience working with Elementor and Divi
• Experience in Local SEO
• Content writing/editing for SEO
