About the role

Mirasee is seeking an Online Marketing and Operations lead to join our team and who will bridge the gap between the Virtual Assistants (VA) and the Project Managers (PM). 

The person in this role will ensure seamless execution of our online marketing campaigns and operational projects. You will be responsible for translating the instructions of the PMs into actionable tasks for yourself and creating automations in our CRMs. 

You will also be responsible for creating check out pages, sales pages, video landing pages etc. that are needed for our online campaigns. You do not need designer skills as our pages are templated and added to a custom built wizard. 

You will also assist in a number of miscellaneous tasks that will be given to you by the Director of Operations. Those tasks will mostly be designed to ensure a smooth and clean functional operations team (examples are: list hygiene/researching new software tools). 

About you

• You need to have a natural curiosity to understand and figure out technology. Our marketing projects are complex and involve setups in various CRMs and systems, so you need to enjoy that challenge.
• You have profound experience in at least one of these systems: Infusionsoft/Keap, Hubspot. And you have experience creating automations, workflows, lists and sequences in (one of) these systems.
• You are detail oriented, systematic, and willing to go the extra mile and have a positive attitude towards challenges.
• You need to love executing tasks, keeping a steady pace while going through them and be very process minded.
• You learn from past experiences and consciously strive to do better next time.
• You are an expert in figuring things out and can troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take on any task or situation.
• You are proficient in Google Suite.
• You are an excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal).
• You are able to do focused work in a dedicated workspace with access to reliable internet and your own computer or laptop.
• You work independently and disciplined.
• You are a team player.
• Your working day is flexible and you are able to overlap at least 4 hours per day with business hours in the Eastern time zone.
• Able to check in and work (for more or less hours) during some weekends throughout the year as some of your projects will run for multiple weeks.

You will be required to undertake a fully paid trial period of a month before being promoted into the full-time role of Online Marketing and Operations lead. You will be trained by our Director of Operations (or her second in command) for the first month and will work closely with them.

This is a position of 30-40 hours per week. 

Please note that this position requires 100% commitment and we expect you to be able to prioritize projects for Mirasee over any other work you do. 

Starting salary: $1,800 USD - $2,500 USD* depending on experience (based on 40 hrs/week).
