About the role

• Visual Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for Amazon product listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Packaging, Label, and Logo Design: Develop compelling packaging designs, labels, and logos that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand identity across all product lines.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all Amazon activities, collaborating closely with the Brand Manager to uphold brand guidelines and standards.
• Listing Optimization: Collaborate with the Brand Manager and PPC team to optimize Amazon product listings for maximum visibility and conversion rate, utilizing A/B testing strategies.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with freelancers and internal teams for various projects, including graphic design, video editing, and other creative initiatives.
• Track progress using project management software such as Clickup, Jira, or Notion.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure all design elements adhere to Amazon's guidelines and policies, particularly regarding image size, resolution, and content.
• Market Research: Stay informed of market trends and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing key performance indicators related to design and visual content, providing insights to optimize strategies.

About you

• 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, specifically in the Amazon marketplace.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Experience leading a team of graphic designers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 8 hours a day, 5 times a week in the PST time zone.
