About the role

Job Description:

The Amazon Listing Copywriter will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive copy for our product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of copywriting, a keen eye for detail, and experience in optimizing content for e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude AI to enhance the writing process is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and other listing content to drive conversions and sales.
• Conduct keyword research to ensure listings are SEO-friendly and aligned with Amazon's search algorithms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Utilize Claude AI and other AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of copywriting.
• Continuously analyze and improve listing performance by monitoring key metrics and conducting A/B testing.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s best practices, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing product images and other listing elements to improve conversion rates.

About you

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on e-commerce and Amazon listings.
• Strong understanding of copywriting principles and the ability to write persuasive and engaging content.
• Familiarity with Claude AI or similar AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, particularly as they relate to Amazon.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
