About the role

As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of up to 5 clients. Your role will involve crafting strategic email marketing campaigns that drive results and ensure the highest quality standards.

What would you do?

1. Create and implement campaign plans aligned with client objectives,
2. Design and implement effective email flows and automations,
3. Prepare design briefs and collaborate with designers to ensure on-brand and visually appealing emails,
4. Write a short sales copy for the email body,
5. Execute email campaigns using Klaviyo and monitor performance metrics,
6. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

About you

• At least a year of experience in email marketing account management:
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo and implementing emails,
  • Experience in setting up basic flows, triggers, and filters,
  • Skill in creating design briefs for the creative team,
  • Good understanding of email marketing metrics and best practices,
  • Basic copywriting abilities.
• Excellent command of English,
• A keen eye for detail and a great feeling for brand identity,
• Ability to coordinate collaboration with designers and meet agreed deadlines,
• You enjoy flexibility, freedom, and results drive you.
