Outreach Person (German Speaking) Full Time, Great Opportunity! [CLOSED]

We are looking for a full-time Outreach person (m/f/d) for our portfolio of content sites. You will take over the communication with bloggers, website owners and manufacturers of products with the goal of achieving high-quality links for our sites and building long-term relationships. You will use a variety of different strategies which you will coordinate together with our content team. We’re proud of the content we publish and it’ll be fun to run campaigns. 

For this role good German  in writing will be required.  You don't have to be a native speaker but should be able write clear, concise and friendly emails to prospects.

Main responsibilities: 

1. Execution of outreach campaigns with our tools. 
2. Testing and improvement of current campaigns, A/B testing of email scripts, headlines and optimization of internal processes in Google Sheets.
3. Continuous research for content opportunities with SEO tools.
4. Coordination and planning of campaigns with our editorial team
5. Development of ideas for contributions (infographics, videos etc). 
6. Long-term establishment of press contacts for content seeding, initiation of interviews with our product partners or other websites. 
7. Improvement of existing internal processes and cooperation with the development team.
8. Last but not least: Building and managing your own team that will support you in various activities. 

Requirements:

1. You are independent and love to solve problems.
2. You speak and write excellent English and German other languages would be an advantage.
3. You are familiar with Excel and feel confident with pivot tables and formulas. 
4. You are very well organized and do not lose track even when working with many sheets.
5. You have a very good analytical understanding and feel confident in interpersonal communication, especially via e-mail and telephone.
6. You meet rejection with calmness and find creative ways to reach your goal. 
7. Ambitious goals motivate you and drive you to peak performance. 
8. Broken Link Building, Resource Pages, Skyscraper-Outreach should not be foreign words for you.

Trustona Media Limited is based in Limassol, Cyprus and is managed by the two managing directors Arne Preuß and Mauricio Preuß. Even though the majority of the employees work remotely, there is of course an office where work can be done on site at any time.
